PiS train from Rome attacked by PO?

As you'll all know by now, the train carrying the PiS delegation back to Poland from yesterday's beatification ceremony was halted and the current switched off while a brake fire in one of the wagons was extinguished:

wiadomosci.onet.pl:
Jak twierdzi pasażerka, awaria dotyczy problemów z hamulcami jednego z wagonów. - Ludzie, którzy obserwowali pociąg mówią, że hamulce rozgrzały się do czerwoności, od których zapaliły się trawy - [...]

(According to one female passenger, the breakdown was due to brake problems in one of the carriages. "People watching the train say the brakes were glowing red hot, setting [nearby] grass alight")

What is it about the web that gives rise to this kind of idiocy within hours? (In short, this could only have been an ambush by forces unknown, or not so unknown... So, in an open letter to Kaczyński, doubtless to be read by millions, we have:)

Paranoid blogger, one of thousands:
Gdyby zamach na pociąg się powiódł eksterminacja intelektualna narodu uległaby przyspieszeniu. [...] Wbrew pozorom im bliżej będziecie trzymać się tej tuskowej bandy, tym będziecie bezpieczniejsi.

(If the attack on the train had succeeded, the intellectual extermination of the nation would have been brought forward. Despite appearances, the closer you keep Tusk's bandits to you, the safer you will be.)

Of course this kind of collective psychosis could never happen on PF, right? Tread with care, angels: or better, get a ringside seat and watch the mines detonate as the fools rush in ...

It appears to me that the poster on that blog was just joking. You may wish to read his other posts. Not bad.
But as he said: "Wystarczy poczytać komentarze na niezależna.pl",
http://niezalezna.pl/9856-awaria-pociagu-z-parlamentarzystami-pis
Some of them are hilarious - some deadly serious. And this is a typical Polish phenomenon: we like to write (often badly, with errors) but we do not like to listen or read.

From mods: "Please read the red text above"

Ok, mods, I've read it. I was pointing not to the article itself but to hundreds of comments attached there, and commenting on those. Here is the content of the post on niezależna.pl:

Breakdown of train with parliamentarians
The train carrying PiS MPs returning from Rome to Warsaw broke down in Italy; it will arrive home a few hours late.

According to the people riding the train, a break failure occurred in one of the coaches, at night, about 120 km from Rome. Sparks from the breaks ignited the grass over the length of three km. The train was stopped and the coach was disconnected.

"We were very lucky. If this was not noticed in dozen or so minutes, or if we were in the tunnel, it could lead to a tragedy"- said the MP Artur Gorski (PiS).

As the result, the train continues to Poland without that couch, and the persons, who had occupied it before, have been moved to the restaurant car. According to Senator Stanislaw Kogut, the train is more than 6 hours late. There are MPs, senators and local government employees, as well as supporters of the PiS party with their families - a total of about 300 people.

The train crossed the Italian-Austrian border not until 9 am. Originally, this special "Intercity" train was expected to arrive to Poland on Monday, at about 8 pm.

Comments with conspiracy theories galore. So are the comments ridiculing the former.

Thanks

I don't think such tactics are typical of modern Poles. Tusk may look like a Romulan but he doesn't have the craftiness of one. I don't suspect sabotage here.

somebody already has written it in a magazine - an not very fond of Mr Kaczyński - he stated Kaczyński would be much more dangerous dead than alive (and he meant Jarosław not Lech)

btw Poland had very strange accidents happening to people who were in some ways in the way of the regimes of the past - some strange deaths and accidents happened in early 90's - as late as 2000 Ireneusz Sekuła, a prominent politician of SLD shot himself three times in his belly - a samurai type you would presume

Indeed, the story is a lot of PiS ;) ;)

JK would raise all the ghouls to haunt DT and BK. Is Kommie still alive btw? He is one of the most inept pieces of turd ever. Does he get a salary? ;) ;) Jestem w bulu (sic) teraz ;) ;)

oh you haven't read about most of his exploits - like his speech to Congress members in Washington - quite on the funny side (but I guess it was not his intent) - or even his brilliant remarks while at a meeting with the US president

btw I don't sympathise with your strong language Sean :P

Hmm, jestem w buló looks the best.. :-)

This country seems to be overrun by some sort of general paranoia virus. I do not know whether it is caused by some sort of ineptitude or by general frustration of too many overly "educated" people participating in a rat race.

what do you expect after Mr Komorowski has advertised himself as being of noble count family during the presidential campaign of the last year

Agree - that was cheap. However, none of the public relation stunts - in Poland or elsewhere - are that brilliant. I believe you know that.

Actually he is part of the Komorowski clan - what do you mean with "advertising himself" ? - and is also closely related with Crown Princess Mathilde of Belgium (her mother Sapieha-Komorowska).

Damn opportunity missed!
Shame no one thought of this in the first place and could make a good job of it.

there was even an add of him boasting about his 'noble' heritage during the campaign as far as I can remember - then you expect someone of 'noble' birth to show some quality - 'noblesse oblige' or it does not anymore

so? are we supposed to admire him just for that?

Whereas we all know he's an utter count.

Are you by any chance belittling the huge contribution to public life made by a certain Mr. Palikot?

Pan Palikot? Peanuts! Pan Suchorzewski would be the best example to follow:

Pan Mielżyński, Elder from Wałcz, yells shrilly: "I do not allow!"
Anthoni Małachowski, Governor of Mazovia, protests loudly - so do the other MPs.

Pan Suchorzewski runs into middle of the chamber again - this time, dragging with him his six-year-old son and shouting: "I know that there is a conspiracy - not only against the Commonwealth, but also against me - the Commonwealth's best defender! But I don't care about it and I am going to kill my own boy, right here in front of you, so he will not live in slavery, which this project is about to produce. "
The terrified child struggles and cries.

- Shave the head of this idiot and hand him over to the mental hospital - sys Bishop Krasinski in disgust.

Several noble lords overpower pan Suchorzewski, pull the boy off his hands and take him away.

An entirely reasonable solution. They've tried that recently, too, but sadly didn't have the guts to finish the job:

Oh dear.

The general line of the recent discussion was PR stunts, did you not pick that up?

If I elect at some later stage in life to have my sense of humour removed, would you be so good as to give me the name of your surgeon?
