From my extensive reading of alot of posts on this site, it seems that Poland does everything the best in the world:

'Polish' fish is supposed to be the best
Polish Pizza too
Polish Beer
Polish girls
Polish Bread
Polish milk
Polish Scientists
Polish programmers
Polish strong men
Polish immigrants
POlish hairdressers

But tell me, is there anyone who will come forward and actually say that there is sth POland does worse than every other country?

U sure bout that? I was beaten up by a grp of polish youths during Euro 2008 cos of the ref's decision. I am not even English. I saw a guy on a bus from POL to eng spit in the face of a black girl.

Is that not hate? Dou you want me to post some emails I recieved during the Euro 2008?

They can't build roads!!!!!!
haha, I'm surprised nobody posted this. With all the open space in Poland, there is no reason not to have an adequate highway infrastructure throughout the whole country, especially in the Podkarpackie woj. The highway system here is incredibly old., and a major upgrade is needed, REAL FAST, before Euro 2012. Hopefully, it's not too late.

1- vehicle registration process
2- CUSTOMER SERVICE
3- nasty roads
4-short haired early 20's males wearing footy clothes all the time, giving off that aura of "i'm soooo tough" "i'll stare you down mofo"

Get locks on toilet doors. I swear, I'll go nuts if I ever see a toilet door without a lock and a transparent/translucent window.

Crumbling would be a better way of putting it than torn down ;)

Poland is not so bad . Try living in the US . Now there is a mess. The women are about the worst in the world in personality. The government is corrupt. and you can not walk in any major city for fear of your life.

I had a really nice woman at the statistical office, GUS, today. She was very thorough and helpful. And smily too, I almost passed out ;) Seriously tho, I also received excellent help at the tax office from a lovely woman.

I think people adopt a negative attitude to bureaucracy which distorts their perception.

The Poles are very precise with dates and procedures, that can be a good thing.

speed limits in my city. Daily, i drive on an arterial route. 2 lanes each direction separated by a wide grassy median with sidewalks and bike lanes on the outsides.

It leads from the suburbs into the centrum, and the area is built up(populated)

now....the limit along this 6-8 km stretch is 70km/h. buuuuuuuuuuut leave it to PL to put in a 50km/h for 50 meters just ahead of the 5 crosswalks/zebras that can be found, then back up to 70.

THEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN..... you go out into farmland and they have a 40km/h limit on a 2 way 8-10km stretch with a double solid. The buses stick to the 40 all the time and passing is a deathwish or a ticket cuz the cops hang out there all the time.

rediculous

- stop kissing US behind and concentrate establishing a positive trend in geo-political relations.
- politicians, I have not seen a greater bunch of morons and two faced posers anywhere else, with exception of Africa, maybe...
- roads.
- LAW. Corruption and idiotic laws that most of the times protect the criminals as opposed to victims.
- and last but not least: Start respecting Poland, Poles and Polish business above anything else...

Gotta love all that "rich diversity" here in the US.

I find it remarkable just how much those highway driving vids look just like driving here. Everything is the same, almost exactly. And you guys drive on the right!
But the trucks keep to the right too. And I liked how slower cars got out of the fast lane and out of the way. Many U.S. drivers need to learn this.
