suggestion for initial constitutional act of New Commonwealth

----

We, the Slavic people from Baltic to the Balkan and, from Lusatia to the Ukrainian steppes

Bearing in mind the political, linguistic and cultural heritage of our predecessors, the experience gained through centuries of struggle for preservation of our civilization and statehood,

Mindful of the historical legacy of the Great Moravia, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia

Recognizing the natural rights of nations to self-determination,

In the interest of continuous peaceful cooperation with other democratic countries,

Endeavoring to implement democratic forms of government, guarantee a life in freedom, and promote cultural and economic prosperity,

We, the citizens of: Poland, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Serbia, have, herewith and by our representatives, adopted this proclamation....

well, we can say: `from Lusatia to the Dnieper river` >> `We, the Slavic people from Baltic to the Balkan and, from Lusatia to the Dnieper`...

Point 6

The Coat of arms of the New Commonwealth is defined by the constitution (then goes description of the Coat of arms and explanation of the symbolism- later more about it)

The flag of the New Commonwealth has three stripes: blue, white and red.

The national anthem of the New Commonwealth is based on the the hymn "Hey Slavs!" and uses same (or similar) composition:

“Hey, Slavs, you Sarmats, it still lives
the word (spirit) of our grandfathers
as long as the heart of their sons
beats for our kind.

It lives, it lives the Slavic spirit,
It will live forever!
Vainly threatens the abyss of Hell
and the fire of the thunder.

Let everything above us now
be shattered by a storm wind.
The cliff cracks, the oak breaks,
Let the earth quake.

We stand firmly
like the mountains,
Damned be the traitor
of his homeland!”

Official language on the territory of New Commonwealth is Polish language. It means that Polish language exist as official in all countries that are members of New Commonwealth side by side with their local official language.

Capital of New Commonwealth is Krakow, old city, positioned approximately in the geographical center of the confederation.

Point 7

New Commonwealth is a strictly defensive and peaceful confederate alliance with the common goal of countries that are members, to maintain economic prosperity and to secure freedom and independence of all countries and regions of the New Commonwealth. Any offensive act under the name of New Commonwealth outside of the territory of the confederation is not possible. If any of the member country becomes a target of aggressive act, all members of New Commonwealth are required to provide all available help and support until the attacked member country territory is fully restored. United command of the New Commonwealth`s army is guaranty of the freedom to all the citizens and countries members of the confederation. United command of the New Commonwealth`s army is under jurisdiction of the Council of New Commonwealth and president of the Council is in the same time high commander of the army.
