Too statistical? Well, it's either this or your bullsh1t, so forgive me if I keep to numbers.
By the way - did you manage to surpass Libya and Puerto Rico in GDP per capita? No?

There is no need to make from this small issue Polish-Russian war again...
The reality is that it is not about some milions of hungry ruskis but about simple guy who wants to buy a couple of beers in a nearby polish village near the border without a hassle with visa. It is also about one milion people there and about 1,5 milion on the polish side + about milion in tricity area. All this people want is to trade and expand tourist industry in the region to which Kaliningrad area would be a nice supplement. I bet it would be a lot easier to deal with problems with Pilawska Strait when this agreement take place. There is no need to bring big politics here. There are only "technical" issues here like:
- illegal workers -> but considering small population of Kaliningrad it will not be rather a big issue, especially when wages in Moscow are quite atractive...
- security issues
- bad medical statistics in Kaliningrad a few years ago, I wonder if it changed

I think it is worth a try, we can always bring visas back...

I know Seanus that you are from Scotlandia, but it is a part of GB, and that makes you somehow involved in all GB's misdeeds, though, I should admit, in a strange way.

Please, the UK made the modern world, and what you don't understand Rusek, is that without it some places in the world would have still been practicing cannibalism.

Do you think it is a better world? US should be disbanded only for Hirosima and Nagosaki bombing, UK - for slavery and exploitation of so many nations.

Russia as an artificial federation of different nations, which will eventually be free, is just a matter of time and oil reserves. As soon as they are gone, russia is gone. This pseudo-nuseance "state" can't exist too much longer.

Hm... One more prophet... ;)

Well, see what happened in a republics that managed to break out from USSR in the past. I cannot say that everything is just perfect there.

The one of brightest examples is Georgia. Their nationalistic government break all ties with Russia... Just to find that there is not so much markets where their traditional products (overpriced friuts, parody to tea, second-grade vines, etc) is welcome. They was one of most prosperous republics in USSR, now they have little more than 1/4 of russian GDP (per capita).

UK - for slavery and exploitation of so many nations.

What you don't understand is that slavery has been in existence since biblical times, and it still continues in Africa to this day, the English merely tapped into what was already a very lucrative African slave market.

And what you don't know is that they were the first to ban slavery, even though it was in their economic interest to continue, not only that but they actively pursued slave traders and slave owners.

Really? Ossetians seem quite happy to be part of Russia.

Really, you're living in dreamworld if you think that it's better for places like Chechnya to be independent.

That's because many who voted were Russians themselves and not Ossetians. They voted for autonomy, Delph, not annexation. They were glad for Russian protection against Georgia.

Yes but it's what they want, Delph. You are from the same city and country as I so you should know that many Scots are doubtful about separating from England when using their heads. However, a growing number are using their hearts, maybe also gaining comfort from the good performance of Salmond's SNP. Let them decide!
