I saw Polish nationalism today

Today I went with my wife for a walk in Warsaw Old Town. And we saw the ugly (and only) face of Polish nationalism in full swing. The Polish ONR Hitlerjugend trying to attack peaceful counter-demonstrators at Plac Zamkowy. I think the police were far too tolerant for these idiots.

Agreed. Boots and uniforms, dodgy flags and hate-filled slogans have no place marching through town on such a day. Seeing these (invariably ugly and pasty-faced) neo-nazis makes it easy to forget that true patriotism should be a positive thing.

Why cant there just be a carnival type of parade celebrating Polish-ness? Warsaw did a really great job of attracting tourists today, fuckin dickheads! And Poland has Nazis???....of all the countries in the world to have fascists you'd think, logically, that it wouldn't be Poland, watching the news this evening has made me regret moving here.

I saw that symbol for the first time in Norway, so you should also know it.
