The bodies of Poland's late president, his wife and those who died along with them in a plane crash may be exhumed because of fears the remains may have been mixed up.

Body parts other than that of President Lech Kaczynski and wife Maria may have been buried with them in Wawel Castle in Krakow following the Smolensk air crash in April, it has been revealed.

Or perhaps the actual reason is to cover up something?

Good. If they exhume him they could take the opportunity to move him back to Warsaw.
I have to tell that the PIS lawyer is somewhat funny. He is not sure what caused the death of Gosiewski. What about sitting in a plane which at high speed crashed after ploughing through a thick layer of fog and ignoring all previous warnings?
Although here at work colleagues are joking the cause might have been a train accident :)

That lawyer is hilarious - it's obvious that he's doing this for attention and political gain (although - what gain?) and not out of any genuine belief at all.

For what it's worth - leave the victims alone! Lech doesn't deserve to be treated like this - he should be left to rest in peace.

maybe he is suggesting that not all the parts in the coffins belong to the same person...

its quite possible some coffins do not contain all the parts needed to make up a human body....after a crash like this you do not always find all the bits...
