Nice spa south of Wroclaw? Suggestions?

We are planning to go to the mountains south of W-law to spend a week at spa together with our friends. Nice surroundings, a cosy hotel not to big with god food and friendly people .... Do you know a place?

Swieradow Zdroj.
Lovely little town in mountains.
Its absolutely beautiful this time of the year and because its "zdroj" town you get get all the beauty treatment and everything you can imagine :)
When it comes to hotels try: Malahit, Krysztal or Dom zdrojowy.

There are a few spa villages in the Klodzko area. I've only been to Polanica Zdroj but it's quite pretty. You can check out the Willowa hotel. I have the website address somewhere and will post it later.
