its not easy running a headshop in poland paddy - lots of hassle from the police and unclear laws about what is legal and what is not.

Thanks for the advice BubaWoo, I understand what you're saying, I am going to take the chance anyway and if I get closed down, I will go through the courts to ensure that EU law will be imposed / accepted in the case.
In the meantime, I am looking for staff for my shops in Dublin / Wicklow in Ireland. As you may know I have a lot of Polish customers and it is only right that they get the same service that my Irish customers receive.
