"No sex before 18" in Poland?

Ewa Sowińska has a great new idea !! After the Teletubbies gay propaganda, she wants to forbid sex before 18 (currently 16). Wow, that's a serious issue !

I don't want to hurt anyone, but is she stupid or something ?

Seriously, would a law change anything ?? Personally, i don't think so... People will act like they want to, this is simply stupid.

It will in a sense that people with be persecuted once the law is in place for having sex with the minor. I don't know how this would play into the Polish reality.
She is obviously on a personal crusade.

How would people know that ? And what about relations between 2 minors ? It's private life.

That's the danger of giving cretins the power to change lives. If u do some research, u will find that the age of consent is 18 only in Malta if my memory serves me correctly. I think Austria had a 13 in there. I know because noimmigration described Poland's former 15 as disgraceful but we proved that it was kind of the norm in Europe. 16 is the average.

These personal crusades must be tempered by a more rational approach.

it is in most counties but it looks like the Polish government wants to control what in going on in the prive sphere as well, or attempting to. I doubt it is going to become a law, but there is definately room for speculation. I am very dissapointed with the Polish government overall and what it does to human rights when it comes to sexuality. I rather have them worry about the economy and unemployment, but obviously Poland is going trough a very rough time in reagrds to reestablishing what is private and what is public, so I absolutely agree with you on that one. It seems to me that since they cannot handle economy problems, they resort to diverting attention of the pubic to such issues.

Well on Gazeta.pl a tabloid called this lady and acted as if they represented Radiu Maryja. They supposedly made her think her idea was wrong and essentially had her back off from her statement.

I remember in Norfolk many many wears ago parking up as we drove through the fenns and my then girl and I made our way into the reeds to do the deed, obviously the ground wasn't for lying down. Anyhow unbeknownest to us we had walked quite a distance from the car and settled on a spot amongst the tall reads, which was approximately two meters from an intercity railtrack. It was not until the screaming inter city train came screeching past did we realise our faux pas....

Is the law saying that people over the age of 18 can't have sex with people under the age of 18. Or just no sex at all?

sex is sex, all over the world people are having sex at crazy ages, what is the legal limit anymore anyway, i mean come on, there are 11 and 12 year olds having sex. When people ask, what is the legal age of consent, i laugh, it dosen't mean nothing andymore and who respects it anyway????

If people want to have sex, they will whether they are 17 or 18 :) sex is natural so are human beings, they will do natural things :) its life

The legal age is 16.

There has to be a legal minimum..

Without it. In todays world. An Adult could have sex with a Child.
And go unpunished without the legal age limit.
I have a daughter.
