"Nostalgia" - Polish shop in Glasgow

So I'm out and about in Glasgow and I notice there's a shop called 'nostalgia' which claims to sell all things Polish... I looked in and it looked like mostly vodka and stuff - but isnt all vodka the same, generally speaking? If not, perhaps someone can recommend a brand of Polish vodka to me that you dont usually get in the UK!
Also, I was just wondering, what are the things Polish people living in the UK would normally go to a Polish shop for, rather than just getting them out of Tescos or something?

I must learn one is not to dilute the other. Prefer vodka, but whisky when I get bored of it.

Scots are strange folks. Perhaps we have more in common than we think.

There's one in Edinburgh too. I've never been in it though. Perhaps it's time I paid it a visit as I pass it every day! I have looked in though the window and they sell more than drink, plus they have a little cafe.

You have to try some Zubrowka,it has a blade of buffulo grass in it and a nice smooth taste, also try some of the flavoured vodkas,Wybrowa pepper flavour is spot on,dont forget some ogorki to go with it, I throw them out of my burgers but munch a jar full in a good drinking sesh :) Also tyr adding a dash of apple juice to any plain vodka,if you feel you have to mellow it down a bit.

They are dumplings filled with mushrooms+cabbage, meat or cheese/potatoes mashed. U have z grzybami/kapustą, z mięsem or ruskie. Very soft and tasty, good winter food
