If you speak polish its no problem, though the pay isnt anything it should be, its really under-payed.

from what i know, its about 1200pln PCM, though it varies alot.

Took this from the net...

The union has asked the government for a minimum gross monthly wage of 1400 zloty (£499; $332). Polish nurses currently earn an average of 700 zloty a month. The average monthly wage in Poland is 2000 zloty. The health minister, Grzegorz Opala, said that nurses' wages will be increased by at least 203 zloty this year. The head of the nurses and midwives' union, Bozena Banachowicz, called the increase unsatisfactory.

One tip i do is to work abroad for a few months each year, then move back to Poland, money ive earned from UK pays for my rent for the year. So wages i earn in Poland pay for other things.

Im liking your exchange rate but unfortunately you are way off the mark:
1400 PLN = 323 GBP = 644 USD, where did you get those figures from?
