Yes. I wish I was wise and very experienced and know how to deal with things better lol.

I can solve most problems in a commercial sense but personal ones , well I could do with a hefty manual.

Well.....today i dodged work for an hour....bought some flowers and drove to her office to deliver them.....She seemed really pleased with them , and offered her cheek for a kiss.....i kissed her....words can, t describe the tingle it gave me , made my toes curl....I think she asked me for a coffee sometime but i am not sure , anyways she is going to send me a text message which my friends at work can help translate......Seems to be going ok so far.....I seem to be thinking about her every moment since i first met her.....this could be serious.......eeekkkk

ERR man of the world yes.....but not an expert on Polish women....Because of the difference in culture it is possible to offend the lady by doing something that maybe would be ok in the UK......I just don,t want to make a problem for her , so i asked the advice of Polish ladies.....I should have maybe said i was a man of most of the world...excluding Poland.....

I hope things work out for you wildrover, I think even Polish ladies would like to be asked out for a meal. or don't they eat over there? Do Polish ladies really get offended by being asked out? cos I think if they didn't wanna go out they could always say NO but thank you for asking... again good luck my friend...

Good luck. It seems that you have been living in Poland for some time, I wonder why you dont learn Polish? surely that would be the first step towards finding yourself a nice lady. I speak from experience that relationships with language barriers can be challenging.

Yes it will be a challenge with my limited Polish , and her complete lack of English , but she is worth the effort it will take....With my job taking up so much time i don,t have much chance to learn Polish , but hopefully Jowita and i can teach each other......The coffee date is over these few days of holiday ..i think....i am eagerly awaiting her text message......

They can, I know also from experience. Can lead to misunderstandings as well. And cultural habits might not be always compatible, i.e.: some ppl mention your first name in nearly every sentense they speak to you; in Holland it's considered very rude to do this as it only is done there when ppl are angry at you. So as a Dutchman I always feel a bit awkward when somebody speaks to me, mentioning my first name in every sentense they say to me: you know, M-G, it is a lovely day today. Also, if somebody does not specifically answers "no" to a question asked or txted and instead does not answer, which is usual in some cultures, it is in Holland assumed that that person agrees. This can also lead to peculiar sits. If you know what I mean.

I can,t stop thinking about her....she is on my mind every moment i am awake.....I think i am in love with her....I haven,t been in love very many times in my life , but when i was it was pretty serious stuff....It ended up with broken hearts of course , but i am not bitter , and i still believe in love.....I just hope she is single , and that maybe she feels something for me too.....Not being fluent in each others language will be difficult , but Nothing good in my life ever came easy , she is worth whatever it takes to win her , and the fact she has a daughter is not a problem for me , unless she hates me that is , then it could be tricky......Oh god , why hasn,t she rung me yet...does she know my heart leaps every time my phone rings...but its not her....oh boy i have got it bad haven,t i...don,t laugh...this is serious...
