Well, when I put the former into maps.google.com, it asks me:

"Did you mean:
Budy
Budy Ostrów Mazowiecka gmina, Ostrowski, Mazovia, Poland"

and redirects here:

maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=Budy+Ostr%C3%B3w+Mazowiecka+gmina,+Os trowski,+Mazovia,+Poland&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=48.15347,82.26562 5&ie=UTF8&cd=1&z=12&om=1

But I don't know.

Ron, what is/was the grandfather's name? I can help you some if I know that and age at immigration.

Try also surname navigator dot org online, set it to Poland and run, then try US or UK or Canada or wherever he ended up and run.

Try also familysearch dot org and geneanet dot net

Grandfather was Bronislaw Krajczynski...He was born Dec. 1, 1887,93,94 or 97, in Ostrowo Budy, Russia.....His draft papers say Oct. 1, 1879.....Go figure.......
His immigration papers say he arrived Ellis Island May 19, 1905 and came to Cleveland, Ohio...It says he came out of Hamburg, Germany on May 5th on the ship Graf Walersee????????Can't read the exact spelling of the ship, and can't find the records of his arrival...

Thanx for your reply......................Ron

Graf Walersee????????

Graf Wallersee.

Bronislaw Krajczynski: arrived 1913, age 30, Nowiny, Russia. That's all I can find.

Nowiny is of course in Poland.

I would look for Budy near Nowiny.

Problem: There are about 20 places called Nowiny and another 20 called Budy.

Hey everyone...Thanx for the humor...This Krajczynski can not be the one I am looking for...The papers for the one I am looking for says that he came into New York on May 19, 1905, bound for Cleveland. I recently found his brother's papers and they say he came from "Ostrowo", and do not mention "Budy". Further research notes that "Budy" can mean a clearing in the forest/marsh. So, maybe I am looking for "Ostrowo"....
P.S. Is the correct spelling of this ship really "Graf Wallersee", as bookratt stated???

He didn't. I did. Wallersee is a name and a region. So, I assume it's the name of the ship, that you weren't sure how to spell.
