The property was nationalized by the communist govermment. I have documents that the houes belonged to my late parents. Who will buy my rights should do all the legal actions to owen the property.

If someone was registered in this house, what would it be like to de-register them? :) I would say a nightmare on rzezsow rynek 8.

artemizia: How much approximately,is the velue of such a house? The question that comes to mind,why have you waited all this time, to sell the rights to the house. Have you tried to claim and it has failed, and now you want to offset the problem to another party?

My comments-
It will be very difficult to prove ownership of the house.
Anyone buying the house would need to be sure that you are the rightful owner.
If there are people in the house it will be impossible to ask them to leave as they would have rental agreements with the owners of a house.
It is VERY unlikely that you are the owner - if you are, are you sure you have the title deeds in your name?

Under what cirumstances was it nationalized? Were the original owners living there at that time?
