A grand total of 70 children were adopted in the UK last year.

It's easier to kill them, you see ...

Why?

Would you let an African couple adopt a Polish child?

Be clear on your proposal. Although I'm not your client, but I am interested to know the business behind this international "adoption" scheme ... in which usually I find some ultra rich people go on adopting children from all across the globe. Then show these children off as if they were "pets".

Its very common from Russia and I think the slavic countries, not to mention African nations too. The common importers (yes, importers) are the western nations.

The essence of the matter is that Western countries are unable to face their adoption issues and encourage abortion along the famous maxim of Stalin: "Death is the solution to all problems: no man, no problem."

Then the next fallback position is to encourage first childbirth at age 30.

If the couple faces difficulties, the doctors prevaricate until the easier treatments are no longer available - then IVF usually puts off all but the most determined.

Once all that fails, then you discover you can't adopt ... because you don't have any children to prove that you will be a good parent. Inescapable logic here. Actually, they use this logic in Poland too when you're trying to adopt.
