Looking for a specific Cross stitch or Embroidery pattern with Krakow theme

Saw very briefly, walking by a tram-stop kiosk about one year go in Krakow, a magazine with patterns for cross stitch and embroidery. May have been a UK publication, may have been Polish, possibly called Haftypolskie, or may have been Cross Stitch World?

The specific patterns I am looking for are of St Mary's Basilica and Wawel Cathedral. I believe this was a sepcial edition of the magazine with these patterns displayed on the front covers in color, and may now be collector's items.

Anyone know the patterns I speak of and where I can get these patterns or magazine back issues?

And what should I be looking for online (po Polsku) as I search google, etc? I have tried for some time using English descriptions for what I want and cannot find these. And I have asked at various Krakow pasmenteria shops locally and my Polish is crap! So they do not know what I want.

Hi Bookratt,
You can find the Wawel Cathedral cross stitch pattern at cross-stitch-patterns.eu, the design is on page 6. Also on page 8 at the same website is the pattern for The Lazienki Palace in Warsaw. Both are beautiful and not expensive, will be buying both myself. Proud to be Polish. Happy stitching and hope this has helped.

If you are looking for embroidery for peasant(men's and women's)tunics, try ebay. For rushnyk(Easter basket scarf) try ebay.
