It's "de volaille" in Polish too. In restaurants i've been in Poland, it's written "de volaille" on the menus...

Our polish dinner today, delicious.

Gotta say looks like a plate of Puke. Even if i know Bialwi (L should have a line through it) Barzsch is one of the best soups out there. Would love a beef chow mein though or Chinese chicken curry.

If you live in the Wroclaw area please reply to this, i miss Chinese food.

I do NOT know what you meant, but i forgive you,boy...
Just please use other polite way to reply due to this soup is one of the best soups in poland, what you said may be a kind of offence of poland.

BTW, I am not live in the Wroclaw area, but if have chance, I would like to invite you for Chinese dinner.

Frankly , the Chinese food in US or EU are not the same as in China because of lacking of spice and vegetables . There is really a big difference, I had been to chinese restaurants in EU, but I didn't find sth is really the same taste as in China, so I prefer cook by myself and I enjoy cooking.

Zurek is very similar to white borsch, its a sour soup with white sausage, potato, onions, garlic, and polish herbs
