Hello,

I am a researcher from The Paul O' Grady Show. We are planning to do a small feature on Polish foods specifically the dish Galaretta. We are looking for someone within the Polish community to appear on the show and tell us about the history and culture of the dish. This would not necessarily need to be a chef but someone who is familiar with the community or culture. This person will need to be based in the UK.

If anyone is interested please get in touch with me on laetitia.nneke@olgatv.com or call on 0207 151 0144

Kind Regards,

Laetitia Nneke

It depends what she means. There's also galareta z nóżek (oink oink)

Hi Laetitia
I think you mean the galareta made with pork's legs as it is quite unique dish compared to galareta owocowa(fruit jelly).
My name is Stanislaw and I've been living in London for 7 years. I am not a chef but I do like to cook and I can cook most of the traditional polish dishes. Funny thing is that last time I tried to cook galareta I bought old cow's hoofs by mistake and smell of them being boiled was so awful that my house mates wanted to kill me.
That would be a great opportunity for me to appear in your show. I do have some considerable experience in show business so I think that would help. You can have a look at my website.
...StarNow.co.uk/Staszek (I wasn't allowed to put the whole link but you can guess what is missing.
I hope to hear from you soon.
