Hello.
Actually I learn Chinese and I'd love to practice speaking&listening a bit (let's say-basic) and at the same time meet with Chinese people. In return we can also speak/practice Polish :)

See the GD Poland website - in Chinese as well as English and Poland. Their Chinese trade centre - the biggest in central and eastern Europe - is at Wólka Kosowska, just out from Janki on the Krakow road. The Janki hypermarket area usually has Chinese people wandering around, especially at the weekends.

There are two restaurants that you will find,

Chinese workers - Cesarski palac on Senatorska

Thai workers - Suparom Thai on Marshalkowska

Go there and speak to them, they will have more knowledge of people in their communities than PF.
