Hello, I am an American living in £ód¼ with my fiancee. I have now been in the country for three months, and shall be here for three more, and during my time here, whilst I have met some great people, I have not really made any acquaintances of my own (nearly everyone I have gotten to know has already been a friend of my fiancee, and most only know limited English). They certainly have been very kind, but I would like to meet some friends on my own, whom can fluently converse in English and share some common interests (these include music*, politics, literature, history, and many other topics).
