Well the ones that speak to me don't appear to be selfish or arrogant. I find them hard working and they love there family. I have never heard them swear at there mothers unlike some cultures whom don't respect women.
Perhaps I maybe naive or just see what they show me but all in all I really like them.

The family unit is very important in PL, respect of elder family members is a big thing here, also the mother is the head of the family,most Poles do work hard in the UK, because they are the ones that want to make it, and bring their money back to PL.Enjoy have fun and learn a few Polish phrases, they will like that. Be good.
