Perz and Jakobowski genealogy

Greetings to all reading this, I'm searching for anyone in Poland with the last names Perz or Jakobowski, who might be related to John (Jan) Perz or Macalina (Michalina) Jakobowski. They were born in Poland in the mid 1800's and immigrated to the states around 1885.I'm hopeing to find living relatives that would enjoy sharing family history. anyone that can provide info please contact me.... thanks rinny

Is anyone viewing this message from Poland? Can you help find Perz or Jakobowski families that might know of family history from Poland? John Perz came from Poland around 1885, I have no other info on his background....Michalina Jakobowski or (machalina)came from Poland ,father name was Vincent,,mother was Franesca,name might have various spellings....Jokobowski or Jocobowski, I'm looking for Polish info on both families or relatives that would like to exchange family historys.... thanks rinny

I've been working on this for 4 yrs. now. The biggest problem is when my gr-grandfather came to America he settled in Philadelphia, all the records(civil) were destroyed in a fire, so I have no record of where in Poland he lived. I feel if I can find living relatives of the family maybe I can get the Polish history restored.....Thanks for your interest.....rinny

Does this include Naturalization Records.

I assume you have checked Ship's Records. yes/no ?
