phone book of all Polish businesses in USA?

I saw a physical phone book at a Polish festival once. It had all the businesses in Poland. I would like to use it for my doctoral dissertation but I can't seem to find it! Any leads?

I've only seen this type of directory for Polish businesses located within the United States. I believe the phone book you may be referring to is called, Polish Business Directory USA-West. Publisher: Master Printing. Phone: 877-742-9455

I've acquired these phone directories at the Polish Bazaar, held at Our Lady of The Bright Mount Polish Church. It's located in Los Angeles, CA.
