Physical Fitness among Poles today~

	Nov 16, 08, 03:00 #1 Hello everybody! Feeling bright and fresh and ready to crush the walls in your mind to granules?? :) ... So this question should arise! What do you think of the physical fitness of polish men and women? Are they fit al all?... have you noticed obesity these days in Poles! I personally visit my gym for atleast 100 minutes! Slowly I more irregularities... my friends are getting fat :(... What do you think about European condition in comparison with Poland?.. are we going for a disaster? ARE YOU PHYSICALLY FIT?
