Please help me find a Cash paying job in Chicago IL

I am looking to help my girlfriend find a job in Chicago, IL. It must be cash paying job though. Does anyone have any ideas, other than these choices: cleaning service, polish video store rental, polish deli. She has done all these and I want to see if I can find something better for her.

What can she do, how old is she, what about her English? Maybe you could post her resume or at least brief info (you can attach MS word file here I think). I'm sure that would help prospective employers.

Ther are a lot of positions as nanny's if she likes children and they pay a lot.

Buy "Dziennik Zwiazkowy" and see if you could find a nanny position (but being a nanny for a Polish family is not profitable as they usually pay 1/2-1/3 less than the American families). So word-of-mounth is usually a way to go, if possible...
