hello y'all
please could anyone direct me to a place where i could buy hand made cards in Wroclaw for valentines.

Many people appreciate handmade cards. You could try making your own nice cards. Decorate them with lovely items, such as dried flowers and bits of lace. All the materials can be purchased at a crafts supply store.
