Look on UK Ebay as there are many there for low prices LINK Many are very cheap as low as £16.59

Purchase it through Paypal and you have a guarantee against your product and I have opened two or three cases in the past and have always had a refund.
1) Look for businesses with 100% rating as they want to keep their high rating
2) Look at the other comments of users purchasing from these guys (these can be forged but are pretty easy to spot
3) Make sure that you choose one with "Returns accepted" as this usually means they have nothing to hide and need your business.

Though Microsoft has discontinued support for Windows Xp, you can buy MS Xp Sp3 for free. you have to pay the shipping price only.
check microsoft.com

No it hasn't, as I get regular updates on update Tuesday each month and if you are thinking of opening a computer service centre you better get your facts right.

What you are thinking of is that PC manufacturers should stop offering systems with Windows XP pre-installed by October 22, last year; but MS will keep on supporting Win XP until 2020 as last July they extended the downgrade to Win XP until 2020. LINK For your education ;0)

You can't. Windows XP sales ended on October 22, 2010.

Since you say you're not a pirate... if someone has a PC with an OEM licensed WinXP then you cannot legally use it on any other machine other than the one with which that copy of WinXP came, even if that machine was never turned on once. Some vendors used a gray area of the then definition of OEM by Microsoft you might find a copy somewhere but again, that would be kinda iffy in terms of legality. The thing was that OEM license stated that it is valid if sold with a non-peripheral piece of hardware. A $0.99 CD to motherboard sound wire is a non-peripheral piece of hardware.

Not quite correct.
Mainstream support ended on April 14, 2009.
Extended support is still available and it will be ended on April 8, 2014.

Microsoft's definition of "end of support":

End of support refers to the date when Microsoft no longer provides automatic fixes, updates, or online technical assistance. This is the time to make sure you have the latest available service pack installed. Without Microsoft support, you will no longer receive security updates that can help protect your PC from harmful viruses, spyware, and other malicious software that can steal your personal information. For more information go to Microsoft Support Lifecycle.

XP is long from being dead, as MS confirm themselves by saying it will be around for a long time yet, and you confirm this as well by saying updates have not finished. 'Dude' you kidding me!!! Wow you really need to catchup on relevant language and stop living by antiquated English lol
