Two weeks ago i was in Warsaw and i saw so many foreigners selling goods. I was at the bus station and it look terrible i just see rubbish and plastic all over which the foreigners leave lying all over . All this mess and hawkers and homeless people are foreigners . I also see many foreigners up to no good i recon they are scamming on Poles because the Polish arnt so keyed up on Internet scams and fraud. I wont mention nationalities which i saw however i know when i see scammers believe me, the Goverment must act now and stop foreigners living in Poland because it will become like the UK. The Goverment is to relaxed and letting Poland going down the wrong road , i think he must take a walk in Warsaw and at the bus station !

Not true.

Do they have problems with alcohol or drugs and many of them are former prisoners for crime as it is in Russia?

As to alcohol depending people I thought about Polish citizens Grzegorz mentioned. Polish citizen if he is adle to work and if he is disciplined by one way or another can find a place ti live and work although the salary may be low. He can also leave for other EU states. That's the reason alcohol or drug dependence is suspected.
As to ilegals, that's the point. Polish government is going to give legality to foreign house construction workers, and as to people who are not going to work hard in Poland, they prefer ilegal status in Germany to legal one in Poland. The example are Chechens. They have many possibilities to stay in Poland and to receive a legal work but the majority leaves ilegally for Germany and Holland

I meant it not in an insulting manner, just as an example. Yes the UK pretty and WAS a great place but look at it now it looks like a little india or little africa and why ? Because the goverment back in the days allowed foreigners and asylum seekers, refugees to stay and now they all over !!!

Yes im not Polish, however my statement is clear that if you are a foreigner in any country you must give something back to the country. I work i dont do crime and i give alot to Poland. Im speaking about the foreigners that do crime and scam innocent people also the one's littering at the bus station in Warsaw, its sick man.

I think season workers who arrive for some muonths gain money and return homes aren't so dangerous. But it occures that many of them prefer becoming ilegals later.
I think the reasons are: The lack of respounsable recruiting services abroad that can pay for possible deportation and compensate damage in general. Besides that a hostile activities of some businessman who employee such people and a corruption in police.

Very little if any police corruption in the UK - if anything far too much money is spent on community policing and liaising with immigrants.

Very true, yes corruption is a gateway for many foreigners to stay on ilegally in countries. I believe goverments should crack down on ilegal immigrants in all the countries.

I wonder in our epoch the electronics can register everybody and one can be always detected even if he doesn't have documents, in case it is possible to oblige each visitor to put some USD 700 in a possible EU immigraton bank in order to cover his possible departition, EU is still discussing visa and other type of problems. That seems to be an obsolete approach. What are the reasons in your opinion?

Look fore example on the news , see how many African flee from there countries by boat to get into Europe , why because there goverments steal money for themselves and his families they dont look after there countries peoples, the EU should attcack these African goverments and jail them for good.

I feel police on the streets should stop and ask suspicious people for ID's to see if they are legal if not they should be sent home ASAP , simple as that , i see many people which i know are ilegal but they stay in UK, if i was a police man i would ask them passport plz ...

A Home Guard as during WWII is required in EU. It was the strongest obstacle against Nazi spies and commandos penetration. Itey will be able to cope with ilegals controlling each street

away guy,
I shall oppose to such method. It is practicized widely in Russia but the result is only the corruption of patrol police. Nothing more.
I'm sure such ilegals are most vulnerable in places they live. If you controle residential sector, every street every house, sooner or later you will clean all the country. Look, police patrol will never be punished he didn't arrest an ilegal. Nobody knows there was such meeting. But if you are a landlord or any irregular home police officer, it is always easier to prove you have given a shelter to suspicious persons or at least haven't notice smth evident

Yes everyone should work together and fight against ilegals. Stats show that 85 % of ilegals do crime and fraud.

What stats are these ? Do you have a link to this information ?

I'm surprised by this information. Is there supporting evidence anywhere ?

I'm the strong opposer of Chinese wall tentation i/e/ the desire to guard a fronteer strongly in order to prevent penetration. That is an expensive and unefficient measure. Each ilegal should be seized in locations. That is more efficient way
Besides that a strict controle in residential sector will permit to without separated costs cope with lumpens and criminals and drug depending people that aren't criminals

In my opinion the mere fact of living ilegally is a crime.

You are entitled to your view, that's what a democracy is all about. However, stating facts which are not correct is in my view propoganda. That's why I asked for the supporting information. Is there any ?

I'm wrong. No one can express emotions if facts are required

Of course they can. The very word emotion, sums up, that you are expressing your feelings You don't need to make up statistics to convey your emotions. Emotions are powerful and don't need false data, in fact they don't need any data at all :)

It's all about how you feel isn't it ?

That's so. We the Russians are very frightened by imigrants from Central Asia and Caucasus but we often don't know details. We don't know even an appoximate percentage of season imigrants who come, gain and return to their families and the percentage of ilegals who is going to stay forever

Why are you frightened of them ? Do they cause you physical harm ? How do the illegal immigrants affect you ?

May I ask something further ? How free is the press and media in Russia ?
