And the post-war camps which were staffed entirely by Poles and run on the orders of the Polish government (which was composed entirely of Poles) were not Polish camps.

If you actually are a lawyer, which given your knowledge of libel law I somehow doubt, you will be aware that posting false and malicious comments about a named individual or company is somewhat foolish and can be very expensive. You have done both and have even called for an economic boycott of a named individual and of a named company: it is hard to imagine a clearer situation in which somebody would be able to prove that their reputation has been defamed and that such may well have an economic impact on them.
The world of Polish lawyers is indeed a small one and I expect it is almost entirely closed to a person who has been forced to admit (or found by the court to have) libelling respected individuals and businesses. I would suggest that you pick your words with a great deal of care from now on.

If memory serves me correctly, there were some discussions had on the forum several months ago about a piece of Polish legislation making it unlawful to make spurious allegations about Poland.
