POLAND HOTELS (moderately priced)?

We are planning to visit Poland the first 2 weeks in MAY and we will be renting a car so we can take our time. Our concern are most moderate priced hotels reserved during this period? If so we would have to cancel our trip. We don't want to reserve in advance so we don't feel rushed.

Thanks
Bob

May is still a tourist preseason but watch out for May 1-3rd weekend as it is a long weekend and advanced booking is advised in popular destinations.

And what is reasonable price according to you?
Plus, maybe book a B&B instead of a hotel?

Reasonable price for us with our week currency would be
between 170 and 240PLN.

I paid 68 to 89 usd in Krakow and Lodz for the end of March. Nice hotels at the city centres.
KasiaG is right, I saw some nice B&B's in Krakow that were very reasonable..and apartments as well.
poland.com and staypoland.com both have pretty good listings of what's available.

170-240 PLN/night? I wouldn't say this is just reasonable.. unless you usally stay at Hilton's ;)
You shouldn't have problems finding a place to stay. But I also agree with Kowalski, that the beginning of May is going to be tough with booking.. Hurry up! ;)
