IMHO you want to say that extraction of this oil and gas is a trifling matter? But i assure you that it is a very hard and complicated work because we are not Arabs and all our oil&gas resources are in the northern parts of siberia in extremal climate conditions. Yes, I know that the money tap from the EU is a difficult task too, but working at the - 50C temperature on the oil extraction i think is much-much harder.

is there any point comparing,, with so much corruption in poland there is no comparison.
in poland people can have their say unline the russian journalist who died last year, what about mr litvienjenko is that the great morality available in russia. what about the brutality russian soldiers casue to people in georgia, chechnya, treatment of women in russia have you focused on that, yes you have mor money but life in poland is changing and at the moment there is love and peace. values and ethics.

Take China and Luxembourg, Chia has more money but as a whole coutry, when we count it per capita/per person they are poorer.

So we have better wages/salaries, we have bigger GDP per capita ... forget about them :) ... Now we should concetrate to beat Germans in this stats :)) and we are on good way

yes but we notice this fact ans try to fight against cooruption, and I feel changes, In Russia they dont see the problem and it is their problem :))) ... so we are on good way in this case as well

1. An account must be taken of the fact that Russians dont like to pay taxes, I pay only a minimal part of my ernings. So absolute figures of income of russian people are much higher than polish.

Well, let it be so, but we are bigger, and this fact is indisputable

Full set of prejudices and myths

1. People in Poland have a better way of live than in Russia, it's proved (Human Development Index)
2. Poland has one of the best school and study system in Europe (and in the world)
3. Poland is developping new technologies (as Russia does maybe)
4. Poland democracy is a real one, not as in Russia where people from the medias are killed for becoming embarrassing for the government
5. Polish culture is very wide and rich, don't think another one is "better", totally wrong
6. Poland loves nature and is fighting for the protection of our planet
7. So Poland is a better place to live than Russia ;P LoL Moscow may be good (maybe not as foreigners...), and except for big billionaires (with money coming from...? oil or mafia), there are a lot of poor Russians.

I think that being bigger is more a bad point than a really good one... ;)

Oh sure, i forget the fact that Poland is one of the richest world's states. Sure, ofcorse it is more rich than saudi arabia, were poor arabs shepherd their camels on the SUV's

Oh i forget another rich country - Argentina, were people are still trying to make both ends meet after crisis
And sure Mexico!!! Together with poland it is one of the richest countries!

It's not all about money, but about the way of life ! There are a lot of criteria considered, and the ranking is clear, we live better in Poland than in Russia...and as long as i know, Russia is not only Moscow but all the lands that go til Japan (almost), in there, there are a lot of poor people...

ConstantineK the truth is that most of countries which relifed form you, have better situation (life conditions) than Russia.
