Seanus:
The pollution levels may be exaggerated tho

looked like fog to me.

Seanus:
when one of the world's biggest countries can't even reduce emissions satisfactorily

If you're talking about the US fair point, fair point.

It did look like fog, I agree. The US has been one of the worst polluters for along time. But that doesn't matter, it's America ;)

correct! And you can do nothing about it. The USA government never cares what is your opinion. And It is not going to reduce the waste gas emission.

Pender: Do you agree the USA have already violated human rgihts by setting up the Guantanamo Bay prison?

No. Prisoners had to be kept someplace safe. Treatment of prisoners there may well be a violation of human rights. We do not have the full story of what has happened there. Secret trials in my opinion will be a violation of human rights.

Pender: Do you agree the USA have already violated human rgihts by setting up .... secret prisons for detainees in Europe?

Yes.

What if China follow the USA step? Will you condemn both USA and China?

China is so far ahead of the US when it comes to violation of human rights, that if a violation were a piece of paper, the US would have a stack of 1000 papers compared to China's stack of 700 million.

Pender: He simply followed his father's step.

George II is not as smart as George I. He failed to plan. He failed to follow the advice of his chief of staff, General Eric Shinseki who subsequently resigned his post and retired.

the USA is a diamond winner for for human rights violations!

Have you been to London? And the air is good

Here's an idea. I suggest that China should set its own standards, and aim for a higher goal, rather than saying "but they do it too!", as if that makes it okay.

Human rights violations are NOT OKAY, regardless of the perpetrators.

The problems are the suspects are tortured. They are not treated well as human being.

Therefore, no country is perfect, right? Why the USA regime always issues reports of other countries human rights every year? It misleads me that the human rights record of the USA regime is the best in the world.

We know what rights are being violated. Not everything is kept a secret in teh US. We're fully aware of what goes on with the US govt, but we aren't told what to do or how to live by certain standards as you are. For ex. child restrictions...aborting female babies.

How come I can't enter anything into a Chinese forum without having my post reviewed first?

Oh and for Guantanamo Bay...thanks to free press and democracy everybody can his opinion made known without fearing to get jailed or shot...when was the last official investigation where high ranking chinese had to answer a court in public???
The US has many flaws and faults but to compare them with your joke of a country is

How dare the Indianan-original to make demonstration for independent? Moreover, lots of Indianan people were killed by the white man who occupied the continent about two hundred years ago. Did you study the USA history?

Am I missing something here? Doesnt even the Dalai llama only want Tibet to have certain freedoms, not totally split from China? Freedoms Im sure he has publicaly stated he would like to see ALL chinese peoples enjoy.

I thought outintheyard was quite happy with being part of the union...I may be wrong.....

Let me also use an unassociated analogy. When the cars are driving in circles the cycleway should lead right under them.

You bet we do. let's be patient. You will see a new China in the years to come.

Zgubiony:
For ex. child restrictions...

Do you mean the birth control policy? China is the biggest country in population. If we do not implement birth control policy, we can not feed ourselves. Some people will starve to die. Do you like to see a stable, prosperous China?

Zgubiony:
aborting female babies

These sometimes happen in remote rural area. Most of people in those regions are not received university education, similar to Bratwurst Boy. And they believe man can do more works than woman. The Chinese government teaches them all man are equal, boys or girls. And it works.

Zgubiony:
How come I can't enter anything into a Chinese forum without having my post reviewed first?

What do you mean? Which forum? Do you understand Chinese words?

z_darius:
US States joined the federation.

Take, for example, if the California of US delares independent, do you think the Bush regime will let it be?

z_darius:
Tibet was invaded by China.

You should study the world history again.

Bratwurst Boy:
I haven't seen demonstrations and demands for that...did you?

I do. The rebel of Indiana-original was crackdowned. Remind you, the USA is not a home of white man. The white men invaded the Indiana, all white men in the USA should go to back to Europe.

Bratwurst Boy:
Oh and for Guantanamo Bay...thanks to free press and democracy

The Red Cross was almost rejected to visit the Guantanamo Bay prison. And you call it free, democratic?

Bratwurst Boy:
Why don't you go and see for yourself how well off they are???

Have you been to USA? I have been there. I can not see how well off they are. They are discriminated by white men. they do not receive equal treats. Their living conditions is poor.

Zgubiony:
is Tibetan an official Chinese language or a dialect of Chinese?

How well do you know China? There are 56 minorities in China. They have their own dialect. Do you think Chian should be divided into 56 nations?

z_darius:
Is that what the goons at the CPC teach you?

Is the arse at the Canada teach you Tibet is not one part of China?

Zgubiony:
We should all practice Falun Gong

You can do it if you like. But I have to remind you. Falun Gong told us in China people can recover themselves, it is unnecessary to see a doctor when you are ill.

Wroclaw Boy:
Why do you not want Tibet to be a free country?

Again, it is one part of China.

Bratwurst Boy:
Boycotting chinese products is no longer a political statement but a sign of common sense:
