LOL 1600-1100 BC my ancestors we probably eating with their fingers. Weve progressed somewhat from there. If you are suggesting that your ancestors were superior because they were eating with little bits of wood, let me ask how far they have progressed...?

Anyway, my point wasnt about eating utensils, it was about just how vomit inducing chinese food is. Puke on a plate. Excuse me sir, would you like some toasted bumblebee bum on your deep fried panda?

"...a new poll showed that a clear majority of Poles, 59%, did not want Polish politicians to attend the opening ceremony in Beijing. The public is less united over what athletes should do, but just 8% believe a wholesale boycott of the games is the best option."

Here is anothere source (Reuters):

URL

"Berlin/Peking (Reuters) - Deutschland wird zur Eröffnung der Olympischen Spiele in Peking nicht durch Mitglieder der Bundesregierung vertreten sein."
(German federal cabinet will not represent Germany at the opening ceremony in Peking)

Or here: URL

ENGLISH:

URL
" Merkel won't attend Olympic opening, minister says - Update"

URL
" ...German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said Friday neither he nor Chancellor Angela Merkel planned to attend the Beijing Olympics opening, but implied this was not linked to Tibet.

"The sports minister does not plan to participate, and I don't think the chancellor or I will," he told reporters as he arrived in Slovenia for two days of talks with his EU counterparts.

He said there had been "no need to scrap anything" as there had never been any plans to attend.

Several eastern European leaders have already vowed to stay away, including Czech President Vaclav Klaus, his Estonian counterpart Toomas Hendrik Ilves, and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico's spokeswoman said he also did not intend going to Beijing in August, although she insisted it had "nothing to do with what is going on there at the moment."

However, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said in London that Britain, which will host the 2012 Olympics, would not boycott any part of the Games.

Faced with divisions, French President Nicolas Sarkozy said he would ask EU leaders ahead of the Games whether they wanted to boycott the opening...."

Maybe you are thinking I am hired by China's government so I get permission to access this website and boast for China. If this is what you are suggesting, I will say this in not true. I am a Chinese student studying in one graduate school in the US since 2001. If you can access my IP address, you will find it out. In addition, I am not member of China's Communist Party. What I said only represented my personal opinion.

You poor deluded fool, you turn up in Tibet, probably in your nice shiny copy of a Russian uniform,State Security or what not and expect people to tell you the truth? Whats the mandarin for muppet?

My Tibetan friends invited me to have dinners at their domiciles. My Tibetan friends warmly introduced me to know people around them. My Tibetan friends are still keeping in touch with me now. So you are telling me that my Tibetan friends are hiding their true feelings in front of me all the time.

Most of my Tibetan friends are private practitioners and farmers. They are ordinary civilians and the majority in population on the Tibet Plateau. Therefore, I do not think your suspicion is sound.

Chinese mandarin will be too much for you to learn. Your self-pride will be hurt.

You're writing english here because nobody else reads your crazy language - your pride must be really down by now!

And you are talking to much about your "tibetan friends". Lesson 101 in internet propaganda battles:

No, sir. The language I choose to communicate with you has nothing to do with my pride. How did you link them together?

Please forgive my straightness, many of you in this forum have pretty limited knowledge on the history and current situation in Tibet before you judge. Some of you showed clear stereotypes toward China and employ imagination to construe.

Referring to the word Poland, many Chinese youths will come to Frédéric Chopin, Mrs.Courier, Warsaw, sufferings in World War II, amber and forest, etc. Now we have one more thing in mind.

Hi, if you are expecting China to be humble in response, I will feel pity for you and be willful to have you updated. The understanding of mine and some others was that Mr.Qin suggested, the invitation will be issued to Polish Olympic Committee instead of Polish President. It is the Polish Olympic Committee that decides who will be present. Logically, your president is not officially invited by China.

lol, officially heads of state have been present at all Olympics.... If he isn't going to be invited it's because China is trying to save face because he wasn't going to show up anyways.

If your telling me that China doesn't commit gross human rights abuses than you my friend are sadly mistaken.... Not to mention it supports Sudan where genocide is occuring as we speak....

China should spend less money on it's military if it can't even provide a descent living for it's people...

Who do you think is more credible, communist China which is responsible for the Tiananmen Square massacre or the Dalai Lama???/ no need to answer that... it was retorical....

Once again screwball, you have shown your ignorance..... I don't recall US government policy enacted to commit human rights abuses.... I don't recall the US trying to silence those who disagree..... I recall that America is fighting the war on terror and terrorists fight like cowards using human shields..

If you had any knowledge in economics than you would know that's not the reason.... It was the real estate bubble that bursts causing turmoil in the markets... Most of the problems stem from the banks..... Don't talk about topics you know nothing about....

don't you get tired of being ignorant?????????

No? Fact: Bill Clinton left White House and America had healthy "in the black aconomy".

Next fact: Bush enters White House, starts an illegal war, America has very unhealthy trillion $ deficit!

for you its is..... America had a trillion dollar defecit during Clinton and long before that.... I told you don't speak of topics you have no knowledge about.... At the end of Clinton's term the economy was already cooling down..... The market bubble burst in the early 2001-2002 and that's when the problems started occuring.. many people defaulted on their home loans, declared bankruptcy and banks where left without money.... it was a domino effect from there..... it's much more complicated that but I simplyfied it for your simple mind.... I guess ignorance is bliss, isn't it????? much easier to make sense of things much more complicated.... your a bus driver, your the last one that should be talking about the economy....

first Bush is not an economist, its the federal reserve that deals with that..... not to mention the problem was in the public sector(this is what a free market economy is, government can only try to influence the economy with policy's and interest rates)..... second the problems have been brewing for years before him entering office.... once again if you knew about the economy things don't occur overnight.... it's a cumulative effect that took years to take shape..... it just happened that by the time he was in office it was too late.... the market bubble burst.... read some financial articles about this you can learn a thing or two.... or three.... awww, fu*k it a lot more than three for you...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_housing_bubble

here's a start..... after that you should do your own research, because were all tired of your ignorant dribble....

hairball wrote:

Also I recall that an Eclipse took effect around that time.... I think Bush was responsible for that... learn to connect the dots..... just because things happen while Bush was in office it's called a "coincidence", meaning the events are not related...
