Nobody ever got attacked on the street for absolutely no reason either. They still don't - violent thugs always attack people for a specific reason. If you're Polish and someone attacks you, it may be worth asking them if it is because you are Polish. It might turn out that they don't like the look of your jacket, or you were whilstling a tune they didn't like.
