lol, sometime si hate speaking to people I think have nice accents ebcause I hear my own. I really don't like to hear mine on television.

I don't know why, but strong Polish accents learning English with the word 'Mate' sounding more like the word 'Might'
sounds a bit out of place. However, here in ************* it sounds perfectly normal for the locals.
On the other hand, everyone has to be able to pronounce the common gretting 'Alright?' as a very brief 'awoi!'.

Not me, though. I don't use any Scottish words, for I don't want to become a laughing stock.
