Poles in Lexington (KY)

I plan trip to Lexington. Does someone know if there is polish society?

Not many Poles in the area, I'm afraid.

hmm.. never really heard of many poles in KY, in general. but since there are loads of horses around there bound to be a few poles.

Well, I'm a bit late replying to this. Oops. But, I was just searching for a Polish Society in Lexington (where I live) and I found this site.

Although there is no official Polish Society, there is actually a relatively large Polish community (I say "relatively" because, well, it is Lexington KY....not Chicago). But, I've met half a dozen true Poles while living here and have even been told that there was a Polish Festival here a year or two ago (still trying to see if there are plans for another). Also, the university draws a fairly good volume of Polish students and even an athlete here & there.

Anyway, are you still planning to come to Lexington or have you already been & left? I'd be happy to meet with you! Let me know.
