The popular polish saying "Polak potrafi" (a Pole can do) which has roots in many talents that poles have. There were many incidents that made from an "average pole" a comical stereotype. Not many know that the most perfect fake of the US dollar banknote was made by the group of the polish criminals. But scientists found the way to recognize the fake:
The real US dollar had minor imperfections in the print; on some banknotes the print was slightly in the other places than on the other. Poles just tried to make it to perfectly and thus they made an error. But the most popular stereotype about poles (and other slovac nations, especially russia) says that "Even if the mortal portion for an average human being of the alcohol is 4 permilles, it does'nt refer to Poles and Russians" and IT IS TRUE i heard about an accident that happened on road: the polish police patrol had caught a person who had 13 permilles (i'm absolutely honest, really) in his blood and he even was RIDING ON A BIKE. It was a great shock for the policemen. They took him later to a hospital in a fear of his life. There are many other interesting facts about Poland but it would take quite a while for me to write this all and it wouldn't be even a 1% of all i heard & know. Hope you all changed the attitude towards all poles and you'll still dig for all those interesting facts.

See ya!

I heard about one Pole that had 14,8 .

Come to think of it, we are trying to change foreign people attitude towards Poles by saying that they can drink a lot, and do magnificent fake money....Isn't this a little bit awkward???

Poles don't have only talents in criminality and alcohol. For instance my fathers friend, who is electronics specialist knows a method to reset the computers installed in cars which are non-stop checking the status of a vehicile. You know- the exact number of car accidents and other information about the damages and repairs that were done on that car. Thanks to that method he could sell them for a price of a new car even if it had quite number of years drove. When he showed it to some german car salesman who had many those computerized cars in a stock, he (the german) immediately wanted to know how he did that, he even wanted to give him 'bout 7 his best cars for this information, but fathers friend did'nt wanted them- he was just observing this poor guy begging for that priceless information.

Yup. When a pole knows something- he knows it well
