Every little stone age tribe in some rain forest get's protected...their way of life seen as something worthy to preserve - only the white/europeans should step back and mix and take on some "worldly" (speak foreign) qualities, yes?

agree, yet this is a double sword issue. We get bombarded with multi kulti and some people don;t like it, but it is there to protect the weaker or the minorities. Yet, is could be very patronizing at times. As I learn form my last experiance, some minorities don't want to be protected, because they have moved on and it is good to know.
well, there is a reason for that i belive. As for protecting the righs of white people and their heritage, I don;t feel there is an immediate need for that yet.

I'm glad in a way that Poland has taken a stand against regimes in countries like Afghanistan and Iraq. Chemical Ali and Al Hassan, 2 brutal buggers, are now being brought to justice. I'm as tolerant as they come but radical Muslims really get up my nose. Any culture that disrespects women to that extent is worthy of huge contempt.

Those worst traits are dominant and those traits are destroying the host countries, and those traits are what is really hardly productive. They are very much relevant to the topic about tolerance towards other ethnic groups.

So, just for the order of things, and in response to the title of the thread:

Tolerant? Yes.
Bending over? No!

There is a limit to hospitality, This is applicable to individual homes, and I don't see a reason why it should not be applicable to entire nations.

z_darius, I see what you're saying and I nearly agree. We're not disagreeing per se, but it's a complicated issue with many shades. You seem to have your head on your shoulders and I respect your opinion even if it's a differing degree from mine.

By many neighbouring folks' experience Turks are not extremely eager to follow any social control rules.

why does anybody have to tell me? I just look around in my city and it has happened already. All my cousins are mixed with non eastern europeans.

I am guessin Europe is different. I know it is and i don't know if it is a good thing. I know that some Germans have mixed with Turks already. I am just reporting what is out there and I am not sure I want to be in denial about that.
