There are many truths.
They can't conflict with eachother or they wouldn't be truths.
Not all of the truths are relevent when people make decisions.
You can't know the whole truth - with every question answered, at least one more question is asked.
But that's only where it begins.

another truth: Americans have less rights than they did 6 or 7 years ago, and it was media manipulation that convinced them that it was for their own good.

here's another: a war on terror is simply unwinable because it is devoid of logic. and Truth requires logic. same with the war on drugs, that's why even in Thailand (where dealing drugs carries the death penalty) you can still buy a fat joint if you know where to look.

Yes it does and the only way I can do anything about it is by voting (or running myself for congress, which there is noway in hell I would throw myself into the public limelight in that way).....like you said though, if I am a minority, then my vote isn't going to do much to change it, but it will give me the right to keep on b*tchin!

But we're not talking about a moment in time. These things run and run.
I don't know too much about the US, but I know how a level-headed majority can be quieter than those who feel the need to shout.
