Out of interest.... what are your charges for accommodation???

If you are charging for accom, do you take it directly from wages?

Rent deductions are always made after tax and ni, weekly rent varies between 40 and 50 pounds per week depending on which contract you are assigned to. If you are interested or know of anybody who is interested in this position please forward relevant details, and experience.

I have never said there is anything wrong with english butchers, its just there is a huge skill shortage in the UK of butchers.

Training schemes would be a good idea, maybe get in touch with schools and go and speak to the kids...invest a future rather than plugging the hole with foreign labour..

We work with many large organisations and as you have suggested visited schools and set up training programmes it just does not work, I have tried it for the last 2 years. One of the main problems is people do not want to get out of bed at 5 or 6 in the morning to start work. Blame the government for making it all to easy for people to claim benefits.

I think there is actually a Brit on this forum who might be interested. He expressed his interest in butchering on a few occasions. He even claims to have a knife on him at all times, if I recall correctly.
