Don’t take this the wrong way, but I think it makes sense to indicate your geographic flexibility- as in where are you willing to travel for work. Your town, or your district, or Poland, or 1000 KM from Poland, or anywhere even if it means you only see your family once a year at best.
I don’t think an email address and a brief mention of your skills is really the way to go about it, I’m not saying a full CV needs to be posted, but cars are complicated, and a list of models that you are confident working on unsupervised would be a start.
For example changing the oil on a Discovery 1 is quite easy, but changing the oil on a Smart is more involved- and I’ve seen fully qualified mechanics fail to find the Smart car battery.
