It's for Brits and Poles. They even offer PL language classes to the British.

If it's for Polish people only why would it be in English?
That's good that they offer this so others can learn something about Poland. Every one should see the movie "Korczak". (Or maybe not.)
But other countries would get a better understanding of how Poland and it's people suffered.
