Polish Dictionary Grammar

Czesć:) I have a Polish dictionary and was just wondering what these words mean: (I know they have to do with the tenses and masculin/feminin words).

Tryb przypuszczający

Also, at the bottom of the dictionary it says"

"Imiesłów przymiotnikowy bierny służący do tworzenia strony biernej." and beside that it has
"lp.-m
-ż
-n"

"lm.-mos
-nmos"

and to the right of all these are diffeent tenses and ways of saying verbs.

Tryb rozkazujący - Imperative mood
Tryb przypuszczający -Conditional mood

"Imiesłów przymiotnikowy bierny służący do tworzenia strony biernej." - Past participle used to create the passive voice

-ż
-n"

"lp." is a short form of "Liczba pojedyczna" which means "Singular"

"-m" is a short form of "(rodzaj) męski" which means "masculine (gender)"
"-ż" is a short form of "(rodzaj) żeński" which means "feminine (gender)"
"-n" is a short form of "(rodzaj) nijaki" which means "neuter"

"lm.-mos
-nmos"

"lm." is the short form of "Liczba mnoga" which means "Plural"
"-mos" is a short form of "(rodzaj) męskoosobowy" which means "Virile (gender)"
"-nmos" is a short form of "(rodzaj) męskoosobowy" which means "Non-Virile (gender)"

"Dzięki dla pomoc" it should be "Dzięki za pomoc", if you want "dzięki" is alwas "+ za" ;)
like:
"dzięki za obiad" - "thanks for dinner" etc
