So according to limited voting here, could this be a representation of why there will be a low turnout by Poles at the ballet boxes?

Personally speaking, I think Polish people that I spoken to over the last seven years of living here are just fed up with politics, and who can blame them when they get such cretins as Roman Giertych and Andrzej Lepper to represent them.
As for my vote, I go with PO because they represent a modern Business Poland.

Somebody has already put it quite accurately over these forums.

This type of government and administration isnt polish at all it was implemented in poland during the last 150years. So how can you expect most of the poles especialy the old ones trust the government.
Hell, I dont even believe in common democracy!

Very true!!

This even extends to the younger population who say, "what’s the point my vote will not change anything", and this is a common response that I have had in the time that I have spent here. To be honest who can blame them!!

i think you should give the justice (kaczinski) a chance, i know some of the young modern free people are not so keen but theyre policies will help poland stay firm in its principles and values.. or else it iwll be like the rest of europe.. lots of crime, immorality, no care for mankind, selfishness, capitalism, these are porblems eveident inn western europe - yes they have money but whats life without peace, proper peace can be found when one actually moves away from being so material.

what does this imply? i dont think we are different, if you assess people without their skin colour, complexion then there isn't much different about them.. comments like these create conflict. you should think beyond the nonsense governments spread.. so all other nationalities you dont like becasue theyre not different

In that case, I'm voting for Lady in red.

Come to think of it, the abbreviation LiR looks rather appropriate! lol!

Well, considering that Kaczinski support creation of greater albanian caliphate, you must take him as politician who (taking part in german project) promote turkish interests in the region, even if that goes against Slavic interests (in traditionaly Slavic region).

That obviously (by anology) mean that one day- Turks would be promoted as Polish biggest friends and Poland would be open for Turks and closed for Slavs. Then, by standards of so called West, Poland would start to be considered as Western and modern.

On the example of Balkan, many `politicians` would be exposed in evil schemes, and then they would face with their political funeral.

In XIX - XX century Turkey gave place to live for our refugies, they could cultivate our religion and were trated fair, so we help them now ...

What are chances that political party with Pan-Slavic (among else) orrientation come to power in Poland?

I mean, something like Slavic Resistance (Slovenski Otpor) wich political goal could be: promototion and protection of (for example):

- freedom and democracy,
- human rights,
- tolerance among different religions/Christian Churches,
- Slavic rights on international scene,
- specific Slavic interests,
- Slavic culture, etc

probably slim because pan-Slavism reeks of pan-Russianism...the most powerful nation will always try to steal the show

Never vote for PO!

Today we had the debate TUSK-KACZYNSKI

most of people thought that Kaczysnki will win (he was considered better in that kind of debates) but he was just smashed ... Tusk wins :))) defiantely

tomorow we will have opinion pools in this case, and I m 100% sure that they will show decisive Tusk victory :)
