90% seems a bit steep, but I can see why misguided teenage girls would be impressed. Look at films like Pretty Woman and the tv series Belle du Jour (with Billy Piper)... they portray it as a glamourous career move.... and the teenage girls see it as hanging out in 5* hotels, being presented with diamonds and Versace dresses and eating in top end restaurants, rather than hanging out at train stations with crackheads.
