Polish Factory Manager Wanted

I am from a UK cosmetics company and we are looking to transfer some of our manufacturing to Poland. We need to find a Factory manager living in Poland to come to the UK to learn our processes, and then to return to Poland to put those processes in place in the new factory in Poland. At the moment, the project is in its infancy, and we are looking at areas, including infrastructures, costs etc, but we are keen to progress with the project quickly. We aim to lease temporary premises for the first year, to ensure that our location is the most appropriate for us. Initially we will ship raw materials to the site, and finished goods back to our UK factories and warehouse, but our aim long term aim is to create an independant entity, buying its own raw materials and shipping out direct to the 50 or so countries we currently export to. The factory will be in Wroclaw, Krakow or outside Warsaw. As yet we have not fully decided upon the location, and this is dependant on a number of factors. This should be decided by the end of this year. However we do intend to employ the Factory/production Manager early next year (February probably) with a view to systems training over here in the UK for a number of months, before his/her return to Poland and the factory.
We expect the succesful candidate to have experience managing large workforces, to be able to oversee, organise and monitor production to a schedule, to be willing to learn the manufacturing and works order processing procedures from the bottom up, i.e. to learn hands on in our UK factory, in order to be able to confidently train and/or monitor our Polish employees. We would expect the succesful candidate to thrive under pressure, and be able to motivate staff to meet deadlines. English is essential, and computer literacy is also necessary.
Our product is largely handmade, and it is imperative for the succesful applicants' staff to be able to regularly hit sustainable targets.
