Polish Fire Vodka

Krupnik

2 cup honey, cloves, cinnimon & nutmeg in a suacepan.
bring to a boil over, remove from heat and let settle.

mix in vodka, serve in juice glasses.

very nice after cold weather sports

it is actually served warm . . . see honey boils at a temp where alcohol evaporates.

first, the spicy, sweet aroma opens your nose and sinuses, then as you bring it close to your nose, the alcohol evaporates and goes through the roof of your mouth and straight to your brain.

it's a real nice way to warm up when your are soaked to the bone and have been out in the cold

It is a great way to make the entire room passed out in their chairs in like 10 minutes . . . .most people don't ever finish a 1/4 cup in a juice glass.

my yeast & easter breads are awesome too. I would so much rather have a restaurant than be an engineer *sigh*

PolishBlond, your dad might appreciate this one, it is a little heartier than the duck blood soup crew, but it is sweet and spicy.
