no not only polish....but as this is a polish forum and im in search of hard workers it seemed like the right thing to do. If you are talented and are not afraid of hard work then I would be interested to hear from you regardless of your origin.

Thank you for your narrow mindedness.....when accurate your post would read more like this: Polish because they can work for me and earn in excess of the U.K florists average rate provided they are capable and not afraid of a hard working 40 hour week. Why? I currently employ English florists that do not understand the meaning of hard work, they are constantly taking sick days off, have a poor attitude and still want paying. Im happy to pay at a premium for the right people. So thank you for your post....it was very assuming and couldn't be further from the truth.
