On the second thought, you'd be better off handwriting so you can use the lines or dots when needed. There are not too many of them in this address.

do you mean city "£ód¼" and a region: "£ódzkie" or a city/town called "£ódy" ????

Go to language settings on your bottom bar, right click/settings/add/input language Polish/save…. Then to use the Polish characters press Alt and the letter that you wish to use at the same time, and you will find that it is entered.
