What do Polish friends think of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton?

You know thats what I think too. But the other day I was on msn.com and one of the headlines was Bush voted as one of the best presidents and I was thought that had to be a joke. You know who is really bad is the guy Bush appointed to the United Nations John Bolton. Man that guy is a xenophobic ass hole and represents the worst part of Americans to one of the IGO. The thing I can't wait for is a new cabinent hopefully there will be some highly educated non biased members. I'm so tired of the prejudice and moral majority here.

I can't wait to get to Poland. I know the US has some issues but its still a place where anyone can succeed if they work hard.

As long as your not an illegal alien, a atheist, or a homosexual. I mean don't get me wrong I'm not oblivious to prejudice in other countries but I can't stand it when people try to force others to follow their own moral codes.

Both Obama and Clinton want to renegotiate NAFTA, at least officially. The thing is that Hillary was all for it when her husband put it in place. So either she was wrong then or she is lying about it now.

I think in the world of politics it's very easy to get a bad public image because of things like this. However I know I personally have changed my views on things in the last couple of years so I think its really negative to put such a connotation on "flip flopping". I know in the last election that was a huge thing

It's sad to see that people will actually vote for McCain....someone who GWB endorses. Why on earth would anyone vote for someone that Bush endorses???????

I'm torn. I like Obama, but his plan to bring all troops home within 16 mos is a bit shady IMO.

What do you mean by this? Gays & athiests can't be successful in the US? I'm straight and choose whatever religion I want and I'm successful. Can you elaborate?

Why do ppl always forget that this is factually the raison d'être of the US? This is the very core of the nation: fled religious groups prosecuted in the old country for being religious deviates or fanatics. I don't think it's surprising the Americans are like that. It's their foundation.

I think there are places in the Us like Texas (where I currently live) that being Gay or Atheist hinders your ability to be successful. Of course being gay are constantly discriminated against where as being an athiest it isn't as bad. Gays are constantly excluded from jobs, private clubs, and in some cities the whole society is completely against there lifestyle. I mean there have even been bills in the Us senate to make it unconstitutional to be gay.

Nah...you're just in GWB country (sorry to hear) :) I'm in NY-NJ and it doesn't matter to anyone what you are. I think that this is limited to most of our redneck states. I tried to live in the south and I was miserable.

Yeah tell me about it. I know that the whole country is not like that, but unfortunately thats just where I president right now is from and his ideologies show that . I'm just ready: moving out of texas and a new president.

When I hear somebody like Krysia I wish there was a minimum IQ requirement for voting. Or a law which would say that anybody with less brain cells then an everage broom (Krysia!) could not vote.

Well, the key word is used to :) Thank god we're not like this any longer. I just don't think it's too smart to vote for someone just because of their sex. Some women are too into the girl power thing without looking at the real issues.

Yeah, i think thats true. You know the candidates on the democratic nomination are very very alike. The only thing that is really different is there universal health care plan.

Healthcare is very important to me; for the US to be so high and mighty, yet seeing people not having simple healthcare is disgusting. America is becoming a third world country under Bush, where the rich are becoming more so, and the poor onto the street. The middle class seems to be a myth anymore, crowded out by big business greed.

Want a job in the US, when there's such high unemployment? Work at McDonalds for Minimum wage! Because that's what is being offered in S. Cali, not that many high paying real jobs after Bushwhackers help to big business.
